EDEN ON ESKGROVE

Designed by HAL Architects, Eden on Eskgrove is a boutique development comprising nine residences riverside of East Brisbane. Prekaro was engaged under a Design and Construct contract, with works including detailed civil works, basement parking, blockwork, post-tension suspended concrete, timber roof trusses and Colorbond metal roof sheeting. The page lists high-end finishes including timber-look aluminium, render and paint, floating timber floors, marble benchtops, feature walls, floor-to-ceiling glazing, ducted air-conditioning, lift access and city views.
