As Construction Manager, Michael provides leadership and consistency across project delivery, drawing on extensive experience in complex and niche construction environments. He has a strong track record of delivering projects under pressure, managing tight deadlines and budgets through practical problem-solving, effective stakeholder communication and a strong focus on WHS compliance.
